A Mass Mixer consists of a horizontal mixing drum fitted with a single stirrer with specially designed blades that rotate on a horizontal axis. The materials (often powder and binding agents) are loaded into the mixer, where they are blended into a homogeneous wet mass.
Mixing Tank/Drum: Stainless steel, rectangular or U-shaped.
Stirrer/Agitator Blades: Paddle-type blades rotate and churn the mix.
